The second goal: Be a good swimmer Building up endurance is what I really need to work on at this stage more than anything else. Get in the pool and swim freestyle non-stop for 10-minutes and then gradually build up from there. I will also change it up between swimming for a set amount of time or distance. At some point you might also want to work on flip turns. The third goal: Family commitment Taking care of my brother at home about Tae Kwon Do and swimming skills....etc. Collecting and emptying the garbage every night.
