3 habits to reach my goals

The first goal: God servant
I hope through worship, prayer, Bible study and friendship to grow in the understanding of God’s ways and follow the teachings of Jesus Christ.

The second goal: Be a good swimmer
Building up endurance is what I really need to work on at this stage more than anything else. Refining my stroke and developing speech will come later, but absolutely must have the endurance to make it through practice sessions.
Get in the pool and swim freestyle non-stop for 10-minutes and then gradually build up from there. I will also change it up between swimming for a set amount of time or distance. At some point you might also want to work on flip turns.

The third goal: Family commitment
Taking care of my brother at home about Tae Kwon Do and swimming skills....etc.
Collecting and emptying the garbage every night.
